Our ultrasonic soldering technology and the S-Bond® solders specially developed for this process for soldering and metallising metals, light metals, glasses and ceramics is unique. This technology was developed in the 1990s together with the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule (RWTH) in Aachen. In the meantime, this process has established itself as an industrial technology for joining, metallising and repairing (remanufacturing) even materials that are difficult to braze.
